We have a 2 m² minimum chargeable area. Orders under 2 m² are billed at the 2 m² rate.

Measure the full wall width and height including any windows or doors. You'll trim on-site after hanging. Add your wall layout details in the order notes if you need guidance.

Yes — and we recommend it. Request a free A4 material swatch to check colour, print quality and material feel before placing a full order. Samples ship within 3–5 business days.

Pricing is per m² based on your chosen material. Enter your dimensions in the calculator on any product page for an instant price. The minimum chargeable area is 2 m².

We offer four materials: Standard Non-Woven ($59/m²), Peel & Stick Removable ($89/m²), Premium Fabric ($119/m²), and Commercial Vinyl ($79/m²). Visit our Materials Guide for a full comparison.

Our Peel & Stick material is the most renter-friendly option. It's self-adhesive, fully repositionable during installation, and removes cleanly from smooth wall surfaces.

Commercial Vinyl is our most durable option — wipeable, moisture resistant, and built for high-traffic environments like offices, retail, hospitality, and kitchens.

Yes — it's popular for master bedrooms and upscale hotel rooms. The woven textile finish adds texture and warmth, and has acoustic absorption properties.

Peel & Stick works best on smooth plaster walls. For textured, porous or feature-finish surfaces, our Standard Non-Woven is a more reliable option.

Yes. Visit our Custom Mural page to upload your file. We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and PDF. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are also welcome for graphic artwork.

150 DPI at print size is our minimum; 300 DPI is ideal. If you're unsure about your file, upload it and our team will review and advise before printing.

Yes — add a digital proof (+$35) to your order and we'll email a scaled preview before going to press. Recommended for custom artwork orders.

Standard production is 5–7 business days from payment confirmation. Rush production (2–3 business days) is available for +20% — add a note at checkout.

Orders are rolled and packed in a protective cardboard tube to prevent damage in transit.

Yes — we ship to all Australian states and territories via tracked courier. Standard shipping is $15 flat rate.

Panels are numbered in installation order and marked on the back. Always start with Panel 1 at the top-left corner of your wall.

Most customers install their wallpaper themselves. Each order includes written installation instructions. Our Installation Guide on the website also covers each material type in detail.

For paste-up: wallpaper paste, a wide smoother, sponge, and sharp blade. For peel & stick: a flat squeegee or credit card and a sharp blade for trimming. Full tool lists are in our Installation Guide.

We can discuss installation for larger commercial projects depending on location and scope. Contact us with your project details.

Because every order is custom printed to your dimensions, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there's a print fault, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
